Our Promise

We take pride in the quality of our party bags. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help. Our returns policy is simple and fair — no fuss, no hassle.

Returns Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return unopened, unused party bags for a full refund or exchange. Please make sure all items are in their original packaging.

How to Return

1. Email us at hello@sugarloot.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
3. Send them to our returns address (we'll provide this in our reply).
4. We'll process your refund within 5–7 working days of receiving the return.

Eligible for Return

• Unopened party bags in original condition
• Items returned within 14 days of delivery
• Faulty or damaged items (we'll cover return postage)
• Incorrect items received

Not Eligible for Return

• Opened or partially used bags
• Custom or personalised orders (unless faulty)
• Items returned after 14 days
• Perishable sweets that have been opened

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving your return. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
